In under 6 months: rebuilt engineering, built Product Management and Design functions from the ground up, and led a complete platform migration for one of our brands — now rolling the same transformation across the full portfolio of 5 brands serving 500K+ MAU.
Alongside the buildout: launched the company's first customer-facing AI features and shipped a whitelabel application for a major international partner in under 4 months.

Raised venture capital from top-tier VCs, forged partnerships with globally recognised brands, achieved best-in-class retention with sub-20% annual churn, and successfully exited via acquisition.
